AlenMed Promotion SIA Top Management «Synchronizes Watches» with German Colleagues

AlenMed top management participated in a training programme in Munich, Germany, organized by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and MIRBIS MBA Institute (Moscow). The programme included a series of seminars on strategic management and visiting several major companies to share experience.

AlenMed’s CEO Vladimir Starovoitov:

“The purpose of our participation was “synchronizing watches” of our business style and German precision. Historically, Germans have been renowned for their thoroughness and scrupulosity. Such approach is close to our idea — it is exactly in medicine that one needs comprehensive deliberation and careful contemplation of a decision prior to taking it. Together with this, the Germans have reached outstanding results in implementing innovative technologies, expansion into new markets, introduction of quality control and expert systems. A fusion of thoroughness and rapid development is something we share, which was confirmed in the course of our Munich training series.”

This training series gathered business leaders and proprietors of the CIS countries. Theoretical part included business planning and positioning in variable market conditions, risk assessment, market entrance strategies, business processes management and other aspects. Practical part was comprised of visits to German economy-shaping businesses — BMW (Bayerische Motoren Werke) and cargo truck manufacturer MAN.

Head of the AlenMed Belarus Representative Office Elena Beimanova:

“Familiarization with major German companies’ management structure confirmed our opinion that strategy is the cornerstone of success. At AlenMed, we emphasize integrated approach and offer our clients only well-considered, manageable, expert strategies. World leading companies’ experience suggests that such approaches are proven historically and forward-looking.”
